Gerrod Lambrecht serves as UCF's Director of Football Operations under head coach Scott Frost. Prior to coming to Orlando, he was providing corporate strategy consulting services to various organizations in the healthcare space.
From 2008-14, Lambrecht served as the Chief Operating Officer for an Indianapolis based healthcare company, and from 1998-08 he was a Divisional Vice President for Healthcare Services Group, Inc.
Lambrecht spent the 2000-02 seasons on the gridiron as an offensive and defensive line coach at Valparaiso University. He played collegiately and coached the offensive line for one season at Concordia University in Nebraska where he received his bachelor's degree in business administration and management in 1997.
Lambrect and his wife, Sarah, have four children, with the most recent addition to the family arriving in the summer of 2016.
