THE NEW ROTH TOWER

Coming Fall 2026

The new Roth Tower will enhance the gameday experience and serve as a premier event space in east Orange County. The tower will increase premium capacity, expand suite offerings, and provide unique event opportunities year-round, attracting more fans, visitors and events to the Kenneth G. Dixon Athletics Village beyond game days…The Tower is Go for Launch in Fall of 2026.

UCF presentations to Orange County Tourist Development Council and County Commissioners

OCTOBER 2023

UCF receives approval from Orange County for $90M in TDT funding for the Roth Tower Expansion

SPRING 2024

UCF Athletics receives UCF Board of Trustees approval to more forward with funding plan and tower development project

JUNE 2024

Florida Board of Governors approved Tower project and funding plan

Hagel Gateway (Fall 2024)

FALL 2024

  • Minor site work will begin
  • Fans will experience no interruption to their gameday experience 
  • After the final home game of the 2024 season, construction will begin on:
      • The wings of the tower expansion on the north and south ends of the current tower
      • New premium parking area at the entrance to the Hagle Football Gateway on the current location of the west practice field
      • The Promenade which will lead fans from the entrance of the Hagle Football Gateway past the future Taylor A. Gerring Football Center and McNamara Cove and into Nicholson Plaza and FBC Mortgage Stadium

FALL 2025

  • Existing Tower and Club will remain operational for 2025 season
  • North and South expansion structure and roof will take shape around existing tower 
  • West expansion foundations and columns in place
  • At the conclusion of the 2025 season the existing tower will cease operations to complete remaining structure and interior buildout

2026 SEAT OFFERING

  • Expanded Club Lounge with two story views looking west towards campus ​
  • Increases from 4,400 sq ft to almost 16,000 sq ft. 11,000 sq ft of conditioned space. Two new outdoor club spaces with over 2,300 sq ft each​
  • All-inclusive premium food and non-alcoholic beverages. Upscale cash bar with skilled mixologists​
  • Reserved premium gameday chairback seating with excellent sightlines​
  • Multiple televisions, gameday and lounge seating options, and multiple dedicated restrooms​

  • New North and South outdoor club lounge space with access to loge box seating​

  • New concept in luxury seating – Sky Suites are available on the 4th and 5th levels at the North and South wings of the Tower​
  • Open air semi-private suite concept with seating for 12 that includes an under-cabinet refrigerator, locking storage, and sink.​
  • All inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverages (pre stocked Coca Cola products in your suite). Options to pre-order limited menu items. ​
  • Upscale cash bar with premium mixologists and multiple televisions. ​
  • Dedicated suite level attendant and access to private suite level restrooms

  • Expanded luxury suites –available on the 4th and 5th levels with the best sightlines in the Tower​
  • Conditioned private suite for 22 ppl. that includes a full-sized refrigerator, locking storage, operable windows, multiple televisions and lounge seating.​
  • Customizable upscale food menu. Option for pre stocked alcoholic products in your suite. Access to upscale cash bars on suite level and club level. ​
  • Complementary food and drink options include: pre-stocked Coca Cola products, ice, snack mixes, fruit trays, veggie trays, mobile candy carts, mobile dessert/ice cream carts, cocktail carts, etc. Five premium parking passes included as well.​

  • Your premium seat purchase includes access to year-round programming in the Roth Tower. Sample monthly programming includes executive leadership/networking events, cocktail and wine tasting, Sunday brunches, rocket launch viewings, away game & other sport watch parties, night before football game tailgates, special event dinners/lunches (New Years Eve, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.), Arts/Music series featuring UCF students/talent, behind the scenes tour, etc.​
  • Minimum of five events per month
  • Extra charge may apply for plated meal events

  • Premium seat purchases include first right of refusal for additional events held at FBC Mortgage Stadium (Hula Bowl, Cure Bowl, Concerts, etc.)​
