New in 2024 Student Tickets

Starting in 2024, students who claim a ticket will be ensured admission until 15 minutes before kickoff!

How will this work?

*Student tickets will be available starting Monday of each game week. Students will be able to login and claim one student ticket starting with Knightmare Society members. Student ticket claims will remain open until all tickets have been claimed. If you claim a student ticket, you will be ensured entry in the student section on gameday until 15 minutes before the scheduled kickoff time!  

*Student Ticket claims for UCF vs. New Hampshire (home Opener) will open Thursday Aug. 22nd at 10:30am

Once all student tickets have been claimed, standby passes will be available to claim to all other UCF students looking to attend. Students with a standby pass, will be admitted into FBC Mortgage Stadium starting 15 minutes prior to kickoff IF the student section has not reached capacity.

Student Ticket

    • Student Tickets will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. 
    • All students holding a student ticket must be in the student line no later than 15 minutes before kickoff to ensure entry.
    • Students arriving after the 15 minute mark will no longer be ensured a seat. They can join the general standby pass line and will only be admitted if the student section has not reached capacity upon their arrival
    • Students who claim a student ticket and can no longer attend, are asked to use the “return” button in their app so that other students may attend.

Standby Pass

    • Standby Passes will only be made available to claim if all student tickets are claimed.
    • On gameday, students with a standby pass will be asked to join the standby line located across from IOA Plaza. Students in the standby line will be admitted beginning 15 minutes before kickoff IF the student section has not reached capacity

Gameday Guide

ALL students must sign in with their @UCF.edu email address.

  • Only your official UCF student email will work for student tickets and standby passes. Do not use any other email address or created Ticketmaster account.  
  • Existing users can login using their created password. Please note no other email address will provide access to student tickets.
  • If this is your first time logging in, click “Forgot Password” & enter your @UCF.edu email address. This will begin the account reset process. Follow the instructions on screen.

STEP 1 – DOWNLOAD THE APP

Download or Open the UCF Gameday APP from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If this is your first time using the app, you will be prompted to sign in as soon as the app opens – this is NOT your UCF Student Account Manager credentials.

International students unable to download the official UCF Athletics app must manage their passes through mobile UCF Tickets Account Manager – www.UCFKnights.com/Login

STEP 2 - OPT IN AND Allow Notifications these will serve as reminders when you are able to claim your UCF Football or Basketball Student tickets.

STEP 3 - Create a Profile and Select “Student” as your fan type to start receiving notifications.

STEP 4 - Tap on "Tickets" on the bottom bar, then select "Claim Student Passes".

STEP 5 - Select the game you would like to claim a ticket/pass for from the list of upcoming events and log into your account

After you select your event - Review the event information and tap "Place Order." Follow the on screen prompts to claim your ticket.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

DON'T WAIT UNTIL GAMEDAY!

Be sure to save your pass to your phone. Apple users need to add tickets to Apple Wallet. Android users need to add tickets to Google Pay. Saving your student ticket/ Standby pass allows you to view your mobile tickets without an internet or cellular data connection at the stadium.

Screenshots are NOT a valid form of entry and will not scan into the FBC Mortgage Stadium on gameday.

IF YOU HAVE A STUDENT TICKET: 

  • Make sure you enjoy pregame festivities including tailgating, the pregame concert series, and IOA Plaza events and activities.
  • Gates will open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. All seats are first-come, first-served, so be sure to come enjoy warmups with the team and get the best seats in the house!
  • You are no longer guaranteed entry starting 15 minutes prior to kickoff, so make sure you are in line!
  • If you arrive within 15 minutes of kickoff, you will need to join the standby queue and will be admitted only if seats are still available in the student section.

IF YOU HAVE A STANDBY PASS: 

  • The standby pass line is located across from IOA plaza.
  • If space is still available 15 minutes prior to kickoff, students with a standby pass will be admitted until the stadium reaches capacity.
  • Entry is not guaranteed with a standby pass. Students who are not admitted from the standby line will be able to view the game at the Knightmare watch party located on IOA Plaza.

Guest passes will be available for select UCF Athletics game based on student ticket demand. IF guest tickets are available, Knightmare Society members will have first access followed by all other students.

FOOTBALL GUEST TICKETS

  • UCF Students are eligible to purchase 1 guest ticket per game. All guest tickets are GA seating in the student section. Guest tickets are $48.00 ($45.00 per pass + $3.00 service fee)
  • Knightmare Society members will have first access to guest tickets, if available. Members will receive an email will all necessary information on when and how to purchase.
  • Guest tickets are limited and sold on a first-come first-served basis. Tickets can be purchased through the UCF Gameday App by selecting "purchase student guest tickets" or through your browser HERE.

MEN'S BASKETBALL GUEST TICKETS

  • UCF Students are eligible to purchase 1 guest ticket per game. All guest tickets are GA seating in the student section. Guest Passes cost $15.00 ($12.00 per pass + $3.00 service fee) for non-conference games, and $20.00 ($17.00 per pass + $3.00 service fee)
  • Guest tickets can be purchased through the UCF Gameday App by selecting "purchase student guest tickets" or through your browser HERE.

The Knightmare Society was founded in 2017 to assist in fundraising efforts to support UCF Athletics' expanding program. Funds raised will be used to assist this growth in student-athlete development and facility enhancements. The Knightmare Society is an organization built and run by UCF students and is supported by UCF Athletics. 

Membership benefits include:

Q: Who is eligible for student tickets?

Eligible students are full-time students who are enrolled in in-person classes for current semester. 12-credit hours for undergraduates and 9-credit hours for Graduate students. 

You WILL NOT be able to access student tickets if you are not currently taking classes or are a Valencia College student. If you are a current student and having trouble creating an account or logging into your previously created account, please reach out to tickets@ucfathletics.org or call (407) 823-1000.

Q: Do I have to purchase my UCF Student Ticket?

No, All full time UCF enrolled students receive a FREE admission to UCF football regular season home games.

Q: How do I access my UCF Student Ticket?

After claiming your ticket, you can view and save it to your phone through the UCF Gameday app or by visiting www.UCFKnights.com/Login from your phone’s web browser.

Q: Does having a Student Ticket ENSURED admission into the game?

All students holding a ticket must be in the student ticket line 15 mins prior to kick off in order to ensure entry. All seating is first-come, first-served. Students with" Student Tickets" arriving after the 15min mark will be asked to join the general standby pass line.

Q: If did not successfully claim a student ticket, what can I do? 

All eligible students who did not successfully claim a student ticket are eligible to claim a standby line pass. On gameday, students with a standby pass will be admitted beginning 15 minutes before kickoff IF the student section has not reached capacity. 


Q: How are seats assigned?

Student seating is general admission. All seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserving seats is not allowed.

 Q: How do I access my UCF Student Pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?

If you do not have a smartphone or your device is not available on gameday, you can visit the ticket window beginning 3 hours prior to kickoff to receive a printed ticket. Please note, you cannot claim a ticket in person. You must claim your ticket or standby pass before visiting the ticket window.

Q: Do I still need my UCF student I.D.?

Yes, you will need to show your student I.D. along with your claimed student ticket or standby pass upon entry

Q: Do I have to I have sign-up for every game?

Yes, you will need to claim a ticket for each game you plan on attending.

Q: How do I buy guest tickets?

VERY limited amount of Student Guest Tickets will be available to purchase on a game-by-game basis based on student ticket demand. Open the UCF Gameday app and tap "tickets" in the bottom right corner. Select "Purchase Student Guest Tickets." Students may purchase 1 guest pass for home football events and up to 2 guest passes for home basketball events, if available. Knightmare Society members will receive first access to guest tickets,

Q: How much do UCF student guest tickets cost?

Football student guest tickets are $48. Men’s basketball guest tickets are $15 for non-conference games and $20 for conference games.

Q: How does my guest(s) scan into the game?

Your guest will need to enter the stadium with you using the ticket on your phone. Guests must be accompanied by a current UCF student with valid ticket and ID.

Q: Can I sell my student ticket for games that I do not attend?

No, student tickets, standby passes, and guest tickets are not eligible for ticket transfer or resell. If you cannot attend the game we encourage you to return your student ticket in the UCF Gameday app so another UCF student can attend. Guest tickets are non-refundable.
