Football Student Tix/Standby Info

Students who claim a ticket will be ensured admission until 30 minutes before kickoff!

How will this work?

*Student tickets will be available starting Monday of each game week. Students will be able to login and claim one student ticket starting with Knightmare Society members. Student ticket claims will remain open until all tickets have been claimed. If you claim a student ticket, you will be ensured entry in the student section on gameday until 30 minutes before kickoff!

*Student Ticket claims for UCF vs. Jacksonville State (Home Opener) will open Thursday Aug. 21nd at 10:00am

Once all student tickets have been claimed, standby passes will be available to claim to all other UCF students looking to attend. Students with a standby pass, will be admitted into Acurisure Bounce House starting 30 minutes prior to kickoff IF the student section has not reached capacity.

Student Ticket

    • Student Tickets will be allocated on a first come-first served basis. 
    • All students holding a student ticket must be in the student line no later than 30 minutes before kickoff to ensure entry.
    • Students arriving after the 30 minute mark will no longer be ensured a seat. They can join the general standby pass line and will only be admitted if the student section has not reached capacity upon their arrival
    • Students who claim a student ticket and can no longer attend, are asked to use the “return” button in their app so that other students may attend.

Standby Pass

    • Standby Passes will only be made available to claim if all student tickets are claimed.
    • On gameday, students with a standby pass will be asked to join the standby line located across from IOA Plaza. Students in the standby line will be admitted beginning 30 minutes before kickoff IF the student section has not reached capacity
  • Knightmare Society Members - Autoloaded ticket 
  • All Other Students - 10AM Monday of game week. (Thursday Aug 21st for UCF vs. Jax St.)

  • Existing users can login using their @ucf.edu email address. Please note no other email address will provide access to student tickets.
  • If this is your first time logging in, click “Forgot Password” & enter your @UCF.edu email address. This will begin the account reset process.
  • You can also “create an account” using your @UCF.edu email address.

  • Currently enrolled, full-time UCF students are granted FREE admission to all regular-season home games.
  • Students must Use their @ucf.edu email to claim a pass.
  • All event admission is on a first-come, first-served basis. Claiming a pass DOES NOT guarantee admission, so be sure to arrive at games EARLY!
  • DON’T MISS OUTTURN YOUR NOTIFICATIONS ON! Download the UCF Gameday App (and opt into student push notifications
  • Students must have their valid UCF I.D AND their mobile pass to enter.
  • NO screenshot passes will be allowed to enter the Addition Financial Arena. You MUST add them to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. 
  • Reminder "Clear Bag Policy is in Effect" Please review full policy by clicking here
  • Knightmare Society members will have a new dedicated fast pass entrance at all UCF men’s basketball games, giving them priority access. Members will be able to enter through the fast pass entrance (located on west plaza drive at the main student entrance) starting 90 minutes prior to tipoff with a valid ticket. The fast pass lane will close 60 minutes prior to tip

Gameday Guide

ALL students must sign in with their @UCF.edu email address.

  • Only your official UCF student email will work for student tickets and standby passes. Do not use any other email address or created Ticketmaster account.  
  • Existing users can login using their created password. Please note no other email address will provide access to student tickets.
  • If this is your first time logging in, click “Forgot Password” & enter your @UCF.edu email address. This will begin the account reset process. Follow the instructions on screen.
  • You can also “create an account” using your @UCF.edu email address.

STEP 1 – DOWNLOAD THE APP

Download or Open the UCF Gameday APP from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If this is your first time using the app, you will be prompted to sign in as soon as the app opens – this is NOT your UCF Student Account Manager credentials.

International students unable to download the official UCF Athletics app must manage their passes through mobile UCF Tickets Account Manager – www.UCFKnights.com/Login

STEP 2 - OPT IN AND Allow Notifications these will serve as reminders when you are able to claim your UCF Football or Basketball Student tickets.
