The 2024-25 campaign saw significant growth and momentum, highlighted by our first two Big 12 championships and continued growth across the department. The year brought record academic success and revenue performances, and an expanding Big 12 presence. As we reached “the end of the beginning,” in our conference transition, UCF equipped itself with more resources than ever to move confidently into the next phase of its Big 12 journey.

UCF’s inaugural season in the Big 12 Conference went down in history as the
year that changed the trajectory and the future of UCF Athletics, infusing the
campus, our teams and fans with unmatched energy and excitement. Throughout
the 2023-24 athletics campaign, the Knights put the conference and the rest of
the nation on notice that UCF has arrived and is here to stay among the nation’s
elite Power 4 collegiate athletics programs.
