UCF Grad Eager For Flyover Saturday
In the late 1990s, then-UCF student Bradley Miles came to UCF and became a huge fan of Knights' football. He was such a big fan that he and his friends attended Knights' games in an old, beat-up RV, enjoying tailgating before cheering on their favorite team.
For Saturday's game, Miles will be arriving in a vehicle that costs just a bit more and has a few more cool gadgets than than a vintage RV. Miles is now a United States Navy lieutenant and serves as a flight instructor. Prior to his current post, he flew combat missions over Iraq.
Miles will be piloting one of two F-5 Tiger II jets that will fly over the stadium during pregame Military Appreciation Day ceremonies.
