- Attended Platte County High School in Platte County, Mo.
- Became UCF’s highest ranked QB high school commit, checking in with a .9020 composite ranking via 247. He ranked No. 4 in his class in the state of Missouri as the No. 22 QB in the country, accoridng to 247's composite rankings.
- At the time of being announced on signing day, Marriott led his team to a 13-0 mark and an appearance in the Missouri Class 5A State Championship, facing Carthage on Dec. 5, 2025
- Earned 2024 All-State First Team honors
- Marriott led his team to a perfect 14-0 season and a 5A State Championship in his junior season (2024), throwing for 3,077 yards and 39 touchdowns with five interceptions while rushing for 19 touchdowns and chewing up 627 yards on the ground
- Tallied over 10,000 career yards in high school and scored more than 160 career touchdowns
- Marriott was high school teammates with fellow commit tight end Brooks Hall
- Rocco's father, Jeff Marriott, was a former NFL defensive tackle who played college football at the University of Missouri before being drafted by the New England Patriots in 2000
