- His junior season saw him rush for 1,666 yards and 21 touchdowns on 149 carries while reeling in 21 catches for 244 yards and a trio of touchdowns
- He was named to the 2024 Jaguars All PREP Top 25 — a list highlighting the top high-school football players in the Jacksonville area
- Sports Illustrated named Lewis a top 10 returning running back in northeast Florida ahead of the 2025 campaign
