Kyle Flora joined the UCF Athletics Association as an athletic trainer in June 2022. He works primarily with the Knights football program.
As a graduate assistant athletic trainer for Youngstown State University, Flora worked with the football, softball, and women’s and men’s golf teams. He earned his master’s degree in health and human services from YSU. Flora earned his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from San Diego State University, where he gained experience in football, baseball, and softball programs.
A member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, he is also certified in CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuers by the American Red Cross, a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and completed the Foundations in Dry Needling for Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Sports Performance course through Structure and Function.
A native of West Seattle, Washington, Flora enjoys playing sports, traveling, and going to the beach.
