• Former Western Kentucky redshirt freshman defensive tackle Ricky Barber announced his intention to transfer to UCF in April
• 2020 Freshman All-American by the Football Writers Association of America
• All-Conference USA honorable mention selection in 2020
• Started every game in 2020, recording 51 tackles, 4.0 sacks, 27 hurries and one forced fumble, earning PFF defensive grade of 80.2.
• Missed only one potential tackle opportunity in 37 opportunities while recording 30 stops
• Appeared in four games in 2019 before redshirting rest of that season
• Named to 2019 Conference USA All-Freshman Team
