Carly Fancher joined the UCF athletics staff as Director of Sports Nutrition in the spring of 2019, handling all aspects of student-athlete nutrition.
Fancher came to UCF following stints at Wake Forest and Clemson as an intern and sports dietitian. She has been working in the field since 2012 after earning her Bachelor of Science from Arizona State. Fancher also has a Master of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from Florida State in 2014.
Fancher is a licensed dietitian nutritionist, a certified ServSafe Food Protection Manager by the National Restaurant Manager and is CPR and AED certified by the American Heart Association.
