Former collegiate linebacker at Valparaiso, Sean Dillon serves as UCF's director of player personnel.
Dillon came to Orlando after being Oregon's director of high school relations from 2012-15. Prior to that post, he was a Ducks' recruiting assistant from 2009-12, and an offensive quality control coach for Northwestern in 2009.
A native of Orland Park, Ill., Dillon was with the Valpo Crusaders from 2004-08 where he posted 87 tackles as a senior and 7.5 tackles for loss. In 2007, he recorded 71 tackles with 5.0 tackles for loss. Dillon was a staple on the Pioneer Football League Academic Honor Roll.
Dillon received a bachelor's degree in sports management from Valparaiso in 2008.
