• Ran for 790 yards and 10 touchdowns on 122 carries, all team highs
• Caught 25 passes for 169 yards and had one score through the air
• Averaged 6.47 yards per rush, which set a UCF single-season record
• Also had 79.5 all-purpose yards per game and 60.8 yards of total offense per game
• Topped 100 yards rushing in three games
• Recorded eight plays of 20+ yards, including four touchdowns
• at Maryland (9/23): Carried the ball seven times for 46 yards and a touchdown
• Memphis (9/30): Set the UCF and American Athletic Conference record for longest play from scrimmage with a 96-yard touchdown run; finished with 115 yards on nine carries and snagged five passes for 64 yards and a score; named The American Offensive Player of the Week
• ECU (10/14): Recorded 52 yards on eight carries and scored a touchdown
• at Navy (10/21): Busted loose for a 79-yard touchdown run to finish with 122 yards on 15 rushes; named to The American Weekly Honor Roll
• SMU (11/4): Had 14 rushes for a career-high 145 yards on the ground and two touchdowns...marked the fifth best yards per carry average in a game in UCF history (10.36); also added a 64-yard scoring run; named to The American Weekly Honor Roll
• South Florida (11/24): Ran the ball 15 time, running for 82 yards and a score
• Memphis (12/2): Rushed for 51 yards on 13 carries with a touchdown in The American Championship
FRESHMAN (2016)
• Played in all 13 games, starting three at running back
• Rushed 50 times and was third on the team with 325 rushing yards
• Had a team best 6.5 yards per carry average and ran for four touchdowns
• Also caught 18 passes for 198 yards receiving and two touchdowns
• Was the team’s leading kick returner with 18 returns for 451 yards on the season
• Averaged 25.1 yards per kick return, which ranked 22nd in the nation, and had one 100-yard touchdown return
• Second on the team with seven total touchdowns
• Led all Knights with 974 all-purpose yards
• Had the two longest plays of the year with a 100-yard kick return and an 87-yard rush
• Totaled five plays of 50 yards or more and 18 plays of 20+ yards
• at Michigan (9/10): Ran for an 87-yard touchdown, which tied for the longest run from scrimmage in UCF history
• Maryland (9/17): Rushed five times for 60 yards
• FIU (9/24): Totaled 86 rushing yards on six carries, ran for a 61-yard score, and caught two passes for 69 yards receiving
• ECU (10/1): Returned a kick 100 yards for a touchdown, which was only the fourth time a Knight had done so in program history
• Temple (10/15): Caught a 16-yard touchdown pass
• UConn (10/22): Hauled in three passes for 36 yards and a 39-yard touchdown
• Houston (10/29): Ran for a six-yard touchdown and returned three kicks for 63 yards
• Tulane (11/5): Gained 47 yards on five rushes and caught five passes for 61 yards
• Tulsa (11/19): Ran for a touchdown and returned two kicks for 77 yards, including a 57-yarder
• South Florida (11/26): Totaled 76 yards on three kick returns
HIGH SCHOOL
• Coached by Scott Wilson at Mainland High School
• A three-star product based on rankings from Rivals, 247Sports and ESPN
• Ranked as the No. 26 best running back in the nation according to Rivals, and has been in the top 100 by 247Sports and ESPN
• The first player to commit to UCF after Scott Frost was announced as head coach
• Picked up three stars from Rivals, 247Sports and ESPN
• Rated as the No. 24 player in the Orlando Sentinel’s 2016 Central Florida Super60
• Ran for almost 1,000 yards as a senior, where his team lost in the 6A state regional finals
• Mainland reached the 2014 FHSAA 6A state semifinals
• As a junior, posted 162 rushes for 1,173 rushing yards with 14 touchdowns, while catching 17 passes for 187 yards and three scores
• Named the Daytona Beach News-Journal 2015 Boys Track and Field Athlete of the Year
• Won back-to-back Class 3A state titles in the 200M in 2015 and 2016, running it in 21.16 and 21.32, respectively, while he also finished .01 of a second from earning first in the 100M in 2015
• Was the first state track champion for Mainland in 10 years, and was the only athlete to win a gold medal from Flagler or Volusia County areas
• Personal-best times in those races prior to senior year were 21.05 (200M) and 10.53 (100M)
