• Furman 9/19: Six of Furman's seven drives that started by way of a punt did not begin further than their own 20, as he placed five of seven punts inside the 20
• South Carolina 9/26: Punted a 53-yarder at South Carolina that caused the returner to back-peddle and mishandle it. UCF recovered the fumble on the SC-1 and found the endzone one play later
• UConn 10/10: Had four of six punts land inside the 20, and averaged 44.7 yards as the Huskies only scored once after the six punts
• Cincinnati 10/31: Averaged 45.0 yards on six punts
