• As a senior, received first-team all-district, all-conference and all-area honors
• Named to the Friday Night Football magazine's Preseason All-State Second Team and to the All-Gulf Coast First Team
• Took part in the 2011 Under Armour Combine
• Recorded a cumulative GPA of higher than 4.0 in high school
• Chose UCF over Ball State, Boston College, Buffalo, Duke, FIU, Miami, Missouri, Tennessee and USF
