-Elected by his teammates as a season-long captain
-Completed his last year with 41 tackles, three for loss and a sack
-FIU 9/3: Had two tackles with a hurry in the season opener
-Stanford 9/12: Finished with six tackles including half a tackle
-Tulane 10/3: Had three tackles with a tackle for loss
-UConn 10/10: Boasted four tackles
-Cincinnati 10/31: Completed the day with three tackles
-Tulsa 11/7: Capped off the day with nine tackles
-USF 11/26: Piled on eight tackles with 1.5 tackles for loss and a sack
JUNIOR SEASON (2014):
-Honored with a spot on the American Athletic Conference All-Academic Team
-Voted on to the All-American Athletic Conference Second Team
-Selected to Phil Steele's Postseason All-Conference Second Team
-Earned the team's Outstanding Defensive Lineman award
-Started all 13 games at defensive end, boasting 49 tackles, 13.0 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, a pair of forced fumbles, a break-up and a blocked kick
-At Croke Park Classic vs. Penn State 8/30: Tallied four stops and a sack for a loss of eight yards
-At Missouri 9/13: Recorded a sack, his second of the season and 11th of his career. Niles also collected six total tackles (five solo)
-Bethune-Cookman 9/20: Added four stops and picked up his third sack of the season
-At Houston 10/2: Piled on four tackles and his fourth sack of the season
-BYU 10/9: Niles added another sack, becoming the first player in school history to have a sack in six straight games (dated back to 2013)
-Tulane 10/18: Posted five solo tackles
-Temple 10/25: Added two solo stops
-At UConn 11/1: Piled on four total tackles and recorded three QB hurries
-SMU 11/22: Managed three quarterback hurries and two total stops
-At USF 11/28: Registered a sack with two tackles
-At East Carolina 12/4: Posted six tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss, half a sack and two hurries
-St. Pete 12/26: Amassed five tackles with two for a loss, a sack, two forced fumbles and a recovery
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2013):
-Named UCF's Outstanding Defensive Lineman at the postseason awards banquet
-Started all 13 games at defensive end
-Completed the year with 30 tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss and a team-high 4.0 sacks
-Akron 8/29: Registered four total tackles and three QB hurries
-At Penn State 9/14: Made two solo tackles
-South Carolina 9/28: Posted four total tackles with two TFLs
-Houston 11/9: Made two solo stops with one TFL
-At Temple 11/16: Collected three total tackles and one sack
-Rutgers 11/21: Added two stops, 0.5 TFL and two QH
-USF 11/29: Piled on with four total tackles and one sack
-At SMU 12/7: Recorded two solo stops and one assisted tackle
-Tostitos Fiesta Bowl 1/1: Totaled five tackles (four assisted) while adding one sack and one QH
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON (2012):
-In his first full season on the defensive line, notched 30 tackles and 7.0 tackles for loss in 13 games and seven starts
-Ranked second on the team with 5.0 sacks
-At Akron 8/30: Made three tackles and registered one sack
-At Ohio State 9/8: Saw game action against the No. 14 Buckeyes
-FIU 9/15: Had one assisted tackle
-Missouri 9/29: Recorded four tackles (one solo), had two sacks, 2.0 TFL and 1.0 QH
-ECU 10/4: Collected seven tackles (one solo) and 3.0 QH
-Southern Miss 10/13: Acquired four tackles (two solo)

-SMU 11/3: Started at defensive tackle and notched one stop

-Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl 12/21: Had a memorable bowl game by delivering 3.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks and six tackles overall
TRUE FRESHMAN SEASON (2011):
-Did not see game action
HIGH SCHOOL:
-A standout defensive tackle from Georgia, playing for coach Bruce Miller at Gainesville High School
-Earned all-area recognition, while picking up a second-team all-state honor
-Was an Atlanta Journal-Constitution Class 3A Honorable Mention All-State selection
-As a senior, recorded 85 tackles, seven sacks and three forced fumbles
-As a junior, recorded 75 tackles, five sacks, three forced fumbles and six tackles for loss
-High school team was regional champions from 2008-10
-Rated with three stars from Rivals, ESPN and Scout websites
-ESPN ranked him as the No. 64 defensive tackle nationally, while Scout ranked him at No. 101
-Also lettered four years in lacrosse where he was a goalie, and was a member of the Latin Club
-Chose UCF over scholarship offers from Arkansas, NC State, Tennessee, FIU and Middle Tennessee
