-Appeared in 13 games with four starts and finished the season with 10 receptions for 116 yards and two touchdowns
-South Dakota 9/4: Started at halfback
-At Marshall 10/13: Caught two passes for 27 yards
-Rice 10/23: Caught two passes for 59 yards and a touchdown
-At Houston 11/5: Caught one pass for 11 yards and a touchdown
JUNIOR SEASON (2009): Played in 12 games and started two...Had four receptions for 52 yards and a touchdown vs. Memphis (Oct. 3)...Scored on a 13-yard touchdown reception at Rice (Oct. 24)...Started game at Texas (Nov. 7) and had two receptions for 22 yards...Finished the season with a one solo tackle vs. Miami (Oct. 17) and vs. Marshall (Nov. 1).
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2008): Saw action in 11 games, primarily as the blocking fullback ... Made catches in four games ... The first reception came vs. Boston College (Sept. 20) ... Had a season-best three catches for 16 yards vs. Miami (Oct. 11) ... Posted a four-yard reception for his first-career touchdown vs. Memphis (Nov. 22) ... Finished with two receptions for 13 yards vs. UAB (Nov. 29).
TRUE FRESHMAN SEASON (2007): The walk-on appeared in all 14 games both on special teams and as the team[apos]s primary blocking fullback ... Had season highs for catches (4) and yards (35) in the victory over Memphis (Sept. 20) ... Also had catches vs. Marshall (Nov. 3) for 19 yards and also vs. UTEP (Nov. 24) for six yards.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned three letters in football for head coach Larry Candeto at DeLand High School.
