SENIOR SEASON (2012):
-An All-C-USA First Team selection
-On Phil Steele[apos]s All-C-USA First Team
-Named to the College Football Performance Awards All-Purpose Trophy Watch List
-Selected to the Doak Walker Award Watch List (top running back)
-At the UCF Football Awards Banquet, named the Outstanding Offensive Back and earned one of three Captain[apos]s Awards
-First player in school history to have a rushing touchdown in nine-straight games
-Finished his career second in UCF history in overall touchdowns (44), eighth in attempts (453), sixth in yards (2,424) and third in rushing touchdowns (37)
-Did not lose a fumble in his final 407 carries of his career. His lone fumble lost was against Memphis in 2008
-Murray fumbled the ball only three times out of his 453 carries in his career
-For the season, had 15 rushing touchdowns, good for second on the single-season chart
-Rushed for 1,106 yards in 2012, which put him in seventh on the single-season list
-His 100.5 rushing yards per game average was first in C-USA
-Delivered five 100-yard rushing games, including four-straight during the season
-Hauled in 27 receptions for 231 yards and four touchdowns
-Accomplished all of this while missing three games with an injury
-At Akron 8/30: Rushed 18 times for 108 yards and a score
-ECU 10/4: Carried the ball nine times for 30 yards, while catching two passes for 31 yards
-Southern Miss 10/13: Carried the load in overtime with two touchdowns, helping UCF win it[apos]s first overtime game in school history. Finished the game with 52 yards on 11 carries, two receptions for 19 yards and two scores
-At Memphis 10/20: Recognized as C-USA Offensive Player of the Week by completely dominating the Tigers for 192 yards on 23 rushes and two touchdowns. Also, added 17 yards on four catches
-At Marshall 10/27: Netted 16 carries for 156 yards while hauling in two passes for 38, marking the first time in his career he had back-to-back 100-yard performances. Had four overall touchdowns (three rushing and one receiving) for the first time in his career
-Took over sole possession of third on the all-time rushing touchdown list against Marshall and now has 30 for his career
-SMU 11/3: Pounded the ball 155 yards on 23 carries with two touchdowns and also caught two passes for 41 yards and a touchdown
-Earned national honorable mention by the College Football Performance Awards for his performance against SMU
-At UTEP 11/10: Rushed for his fourth-straight 100-yard game, carrying the ball 26 times for 126 yards and one score
-At Tulsa 11/17: Added 60 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries with a seven-yard reception
-UAB 11/24: Finished with 94 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries, while adding an 11-yard catch
-At C-USA Championship 12/1: Rushed for 71 yards and a touchdown, and pulled in three catches for 19 yards
-Beef [apos]O[apos] Brady[apos]s Bowl 12/21: In his final game, posted 71 rushing yards and a touchdowns, as well as six receptions for 33 yards and two touchdowns
JUNIOR SEASON (2011):
-Named the team[apos]s MVP following the season
-Appeared in all 12 games with starts in the final two contests
-Rushed 98 times for 549 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground and also caught 17 passes for 242 yards through the air and one touchdown
-Charleston Southern 9/3: Rushed six times for 36 yards and two touchdowns
-Boston College 9/10: Rushed 10 times for 72 yards and one touchdown with one reception for 18 yards
-At BYU 9/23: Rushed 12 times for 31 yards and caught one pass for 12 yards
-Marshall 10/8: Rushed three times for 11 yards and one touchdown
-At SMU 10/15: Caught five passes for 52 yards
-At UAB 10/20: Rushed three times for one yard and one touchdown and caught one pass for a career-high 53 yards
-Memphis 10/29: Rushed seven times for 28 yards and caught two passes for 28 yards
-Tulsa 11/3: Had three rushes for 14 yards, and a 14-yard catch
-At Southern Miss 11/12: Had 19 rushing yards on four attempts, 31 receiving yards from two receptions, and a 69-yard kickoff return for a touchdown
-At East Carolina 11/19: Posted 87 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries, while bringing in a 14-yard receptions
-UTEP 11/25: A finalist for the nation[apos]s Running Back Performance of the Year presented by Intersport by racing for 233 yards on 21 attempts with two touchdowns, and also had two receptions for 24 yards and a touchdown-That effort marked UCF[apos]s fourth-best rushing performance in school history
REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE SEASON (2010):
-Conference USA Championship MVP
-AutoZone Liberty Bowl MVP
-Appeared in all 14 games with four starts RB and rushed 111 times for 637 yards and 11 touchdowns on the ground with five receptions for 47 yards and one touchdown through the air
-South Dakota 9/4: Rushed four times seven yards and caught one pass for six yards
-UAB 10/6: Rushed three times for 23 yards and one touchdown
-At Marshall 10/13: Rushed eight times for 33 yards and one touchdown
-Rice 10/23: Rushed seven times for 17 yards and caught one pass for 16 yards
-ECU 10/30: Rushed seven times for 47 yards and one touchdown
-At Houston 11/5: Rushed 11 times for 78 yards and one touchdown
-At Tulane 11/20: Rushed 11 times for a career-high 146 yards and one touchdown
-At Memphis 11/27: Rushed 16 times for 75 yards and two touchdowns
-SMU 12/4: Rushed 20 times for 94 yards and one touchdown and caught two passes for 21 yards and a touchdown in route to earning C-USA Championship MVP honors
-Georgia 12/31: Rushed 18 times for 104 yards and one touchdown in route to earning AutoZone Liberty Bowl MVP honors
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2009):
-Earned a redshirt while recovering from knee surgery
TRUE FRESHMAN SEASON (2008):
-Appeared in eight games and rushed 46 times for 132 yards and three touchdowns on the ground with one catch for four yards through the air
-South Carolina State 8/30: Rushed 11 times for 43 yards and two touchdowns
-At Marshall 11/15: Rushed 15 times for 46 yards
-At Memphis 11/22: Rushed 10 times for 25 yards and one touchdown
HIGH SCHOOL:
-Earned three letters under coach Jason Ryan at Onondaga Central High School
-Named the 2007 Gatorade Football Player of the Year in the state of the New York by Rise Magazine
-Also named Class D Player of the Year and First-Team All-State by the New York State Sportswriters Association after rushing 175 times for 2,194 yards and 28 touchdowns
-On defense as a senior, recorded 78 tackles, forced three fumbles and returned two interceptions for touchdowns, giving him 35 total scores
-Also garnered first-team all-state honors as a junior when he carried the ball 193 times for 2,030 yards and 30 touchdowns
-As a sophomore, earned Third-Team All-State honors after rushing 212 times for 1,609 yards and 14 touchdowns
-Was an all-league and All-Central New York performer all three seasons
-Ranked as the fifth-best prospect overall in the state of New York by Rivals.com
-Ranked as the No. 6 overall prospect in the state of New York by Scout.com
