• Second-team pick on 2021 Associated Press FCS All-America team, winning same honor in 2019 on defense ranked third nationally
• Big South Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2019 and 2020 (spring of 2021)
• Registered 314 career tackles along with 40 tackles for loss and 18.5 sacks in 45 appearances for Owls
• Made 30 tackles, 5.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks in four games in spring 2021 as part of truncated season due to COVID-19
• Four-time first-team All-Big South selection in 2017-18-19-21
• National Freshman of the Year in 2017, bursting on scene in 2017 by winning Jerry Rice Award given each to best freshman player in Football Championship Subdivision
• Earned first-team honors as freshman on AFCA FCS Coaches’ All-America team after making program-record 114 tackles and tying conference record with 85 solo efforts
• Had best defensive game in program history against Alabama State in 2017 with 15 tackles, 13 solo, two sacks, two tackles for loss, a forced fumble and an interception
• In his final home game in April 2021 had longest interception return in program history--75 yards for a TD against Robert Morris
• Left Kennesaw State with 13 single-game, season or career records, including program's all-time marks in sacks (18.5), tackles (320), solo tackles (226), forced fumbles (5) and fumble recoveries (5)
• Two-time finalist for Buck Buchanan Award as the best defensive player in the FCS
• Played for Kell High School in Marietta, Georgia
• Helped Kell finish 33-6 his final three years, winning two region championships and posting two undefeated regular seasons
• Concluded prep career with 1,408 yards and eight TDs as a receiver and tallied 431 tackles, four interceptions, 17 passes defensed, three fumble recoveries, five forced fumbles and seven sacks
• First-team Georgia Class 5A all-state linebacker by Georgia Sports Writers Association in 2015 and 2014 as senior and junior, second-team selection as sophomore when he made 144 tackles
