Starting July 11, there have been a lot of summer media interviews taking place with the UCF football program. Head coach George O'Leary spoke on the phone with Phil Steele July 11, and quarterback Blake Bortles met with WFTV Channel 9 for an upcoming feature.

Two days later, Pat Zier from the Lakeland Ledger chatted with coach O'Leary in his office about the upcoming season and the addition of a playoff in college football. O'Leary also conducted a radio interview with Spartan Nation in Lansing, Mich., as the show earlier in the summer spoke very highly of UCF, and said the Knights will give Ohio State a difficult time in Columbus Sept. 8.

On July 18, UCF Marketing swung by the football offices to get material for an upcoming edition of UCF Today, and also shot pics of the trophy cases in the Bright House Networks Stadium recruiting lounge.

Also lined up this week, senior running back Latavius Murray is slated to be a guest on the David Baumann Radio Show on ESPN 1080 July 20 at 10:30 a.m.
