A former Knight who played center from 2016 to 2019, Jordan Johnson is a two-time First-Team All-AAC selection who returned to his alma mater as an offensive analyst, completing a full-circle journey in Orlando. Johnson started at center during the Knights’ 2017 and 2018 seasons, helping power record-setting offenses that propelled UCF to back-to-back conference titles. A Jacksonville native, he started all 13 games in 2018 and was recognized for his leadership and consistency on the offensive front.
Johnson rejoined the program in 2025, first assisting in the running backs room before moving into his current analyst role. Prior to his return, Johnson was on staff at Cincinnati and Oklahoma State, supporting the offense. His earlier stops included strength and conditioning work with Tom Shaw Performance, coaching offensive line at Madonna (Mich.), and a graduate assistant role at Northeastern State.
