Gasparilla Bowl Social Recap

The UCF football team has enjoyed its time in Tampa. The Knights got into town on Thursday, Dec. 19 for the 2019 Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl, to be held on Monday, Dec. 23 at 2:30 p.m. Check out all the activities from the week through the team's social media below.

The Knights made the quick bus trip from Orlando over to Tamp on Thursday.

The fun began right away as the team made its way to Busch Gardens Thursday evening, including this fun moment from Eric Mitchell.

There is still time for practice though. The Knights hit the field Friday morning at Jesuit High School.

After practice the team split up for a pair of community service events. Coach Heupel and a few players made their way to the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital.

The rest of the team built bikes for kids by the water in Tampa.

On Saturday, the team made their way out to another morning practice, this time complete with a lift.

It was then time to hit the beach on Saturday afternoon. The Knights won the Beach Invasion event on Treasure Islander, clinching the win over Marshall with Eric Seidelman, Cole Schneider and Tre'mon Morris-Brash winning the belly flop contest.

Sunday's final practice of the 2019 season was held at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' practice facility. Senior Jordan Johnson reflected on his time.
