A former Knight who finished his college career at UCF, Demeitre Brim returned to Orlando as a Defensive Analyst. He began his playing career at Virginia before transferring to UCF, where he was a two-year letterwinner at middle linebacker and started 12 games as a senior in 2016. That same season he earned UCF’s Defensive MVP and Lifter of the Year honors. He also served on the Student- Athlete Advisory Committee and the Leadership Board for Student-Athletes.
Brim joined UCF’s staff in 2025 following stops at Lehigh and Nebraska. Before rejoining UCF, Brim spent five seasons at Nebraska working with inside linebackers, first as a graduate assistant (2018-2020), and then a defensive analyst (2021), and later as defensive quality control (2022). He then coached the defensive line at Lehigh, where the Mountain Hawks ranked second in the Patriot league in sacks, with 15 of their 21 coming from the defensive front.
