Jessalyn Withers Season 2006-07

CROMWELL ON WITHERS... 'Jessie is another versatile player who started her career in the back and has gradually moved her way forward. She will compete for time at wide midfield or up top. Out wide she is very dangerous getting endline and crossing a great ball.'
2006... Played in all 19 games with 12 starts...recorded nine shots, including six on goal...four of those shots came at East Carolina.
2005... Played in all 22 matches with 12 starts...recorded two goals and five assists for a total of nine points...scored the game-winning tally against Florida International...also netted a goal against East Carolina...picked up an assist on the game-winning goal against Houston in the Conference USA Tournament.
2004... Played in all 23 matches with 10 starts...recorded seven points on one goal and five assists...scored her first collegiate goal against No. 12 Florida State ...picked up assists on both goals in the first game of the season against Florida International.
2003... Saw action in 15 matches, starting four...registered three points...got her first collegiate point with an assist at Florida...had two assists against Mercer, including one on the game-winning goal...Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team member.
PRIOR TO UCF... A four-year letterwinner at Eau Gallie High School...named the team[apos]s most outstanding newcomer of the year as freshman...earned all-conference honors all four years, including first team recognition as a senior...twice received the team[apos]s MVP award...also ran track for EGHS...graduated in the top 5% of her class...a member of the National Honor Society...competed in club soccer with the Melbourne Tsunami, which was the state runner-up in Under-17 competition.
