Outdoor
- Commenced the outdoor season on home turf with a personal best in the 100m, recording a time of 11.68 seconds at the UCF Black and Gold Invite. Additionally, she secured a runner-up finish in the 200m, crossing the line in 23.11 seconds.
- At the UCF Knights Invite, she claimed gold in both the 400m, finishing in 51.90 seconds, and the 200m, where she achieved a personal best of 22.95 seconds.
- Recorded a career-best time of 51.32 seconds in the 400m at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational.
- Delivered a strong performance at the Big 12 Outdoor Track & Field Championships, finishing fourth in the 400m with a time of 51.74 seconds and sixth in the 200m, clocking 23.35 seconds.
- An impressive performance in the 400m allowed her to advance alongside two other Knights at the NCAA East First Round.
- At the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Williams secured a second-consecutive All-American honorable mention with a 19th-place finish in the 400m, crossing the line at 52.27.
- She was one of three Knights to compete in the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials, clocking a time of 52.04 seconds in the 400m. This performance advanced her to the semifinals, marking the conclusion of her 2024 Track & Field campaign.
Indoor
- Kicked off the 2024 campaign with a personal best at the Rod McCravy Memorial Track & Field meet, clocking in at 1:35.06 in the 600m.
- Set a personal record at Crimson Elite 2024 in the 60m (7.67).
- Helped secure a seventh-place finish on the podium at the Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 4x400m relay, posting a time of 3:39.63.
2020-21
Outdoor
- Opened her outdoor career at the Knights Invite, running a personal best 24.62 in the 200m (4/24)
- Added points for the Knights as a member of the 4x4 that finished fourth at the American Athletic Conference Championship (5/16)
Indoor
- Made her UCF debut as a member of the winning 4x4 relay at the H-Town SpeedCity Series (1/29)
Repeated as the 4x4 relay champion and ran a personal best 57.11 to finish ninth in the 400m at the H-Town SpeedCity Series (2/13)
