Max Forstot joined the UCF men’s basketball staff as a special assistant to the head coach in June 2026. He is primarily responsible for managing front office operations, maintaining administrative policies and procedures, and providing strategic support to the head coach and coaching staff.
Forstot joined UCF in 2024 as a graduate assistant, a role he held for two years while earning a master’s degree in organizational leadership and communications. Prior to joining the Knights, he spent one year as a recruiting coordinator with HoopGroup, where he worked in recruiting operations and player evaluation.
Forstot began his career in college basketball as a student manager for Florida men’s basketball, a role he held for four years. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida in December 2023.
