REDSHIRT SENIOR (2024-25, AT MILWAUKEE)
- One of two players to start in all 32 outings for the Panthers
- Connected on 166 of his 348 field goal attempts to secure an NCAA-career best 47.7 field goal percentage and a career best three-point percentage of 25.9% going 14-of-54 from behind the arc
- Logged over 1,000 minutes on the campaign, averaging a team-high 34.1 minutes, the third most of any player across the Horizon League
- Scored double figures in 23 outings, logging 20 or more points on seven of those occasions, and was the game-high scorer 14 times
- His 80.5% clip from the free throw line (120-of-149) ranked him first on the Panthers and fifth in the Horizon League
- Led the Panthers in scoring, averaging 14.6 points per outing to total 466 points on the campaign
- Recorded a career-high 26 points for his ninth career 20-plus point outburst against IU Indy on Dec. 29, 2024, hitting 6-of-10 from the floor and a stellar 14-of-16 from the charity stripe
- Registered three double-doubles on the campaign, the first at IU Indy on Feb. 5, 2025, logging 12 points and 11 assists. Next against Wright State on Feb. 14, with 21 points and a season-high 12 assists. And the final of the season and sixth of his career on Feb. 21, at Youngstown State, recording 21 points and 10 assists
- Led both the Panthers and Horizon League in assists, averaging 5.9 per game and totaling 188 on the season
- His 188 assists ranked him 28th in the NCAA and 22nd in assists per game, helping the Panthers become the top team in the NCAA in fastbreak points, averaging 18.4 fast break points per outing
- Secured the Panthers' win over Wofford on Nov. 23, 2023, scoring 24 points and the final eight of Milwaukee's 10 points, including 3 free throws in the final 11.8 seconds
- Hit two key free throws and came up with the game-sealing steal against St. Thomas on Nov. 24, 2023, marking a career-high 5 steals game and earning him the Horizon League Player of the Week for his efforts
- Led the way with 14 points in the Jan. 11, 2025, win over Green Bay, sinking 12-of-12 from the free throw line while scoring the 1,000th point of his NCAA DI career along the way
- In doing so, he became the 31st player to reach the 1,000 milestone in a Panther uniform, stamping the record book as the third most free throw makes in a game without a miss
- Led the Panthers with 44 steals, averaging 1.4 per game, the 12th most in the Horizon League
- Named Second Team All-Horizon League
- Earned a spot on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.
REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2023-24, AT LOUISIANA LAFAYETTE)
- One of four players to finish the season averaging double figures in scoring with 10.6 points per game, while also dishing out a team-high 128 assists
- Opened the season with back-to-back 20-plus point games, tallying 20 points in the season opener against Youngstown State on Nov. 6, 2023, and following the next game at Toledo with a season-high 25-point performance
- Notched his first double-double of the campaign at Texas State on Jan. 28, 2024, with 13 points and 10 assists
- Managed to score in the double-digits in 14 of the 29 games he appeared in, while maintaining a 40.43 field goal percentage and an impressive 77.27% clip from behind the free throw line
REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2022-23, AT LOUISIANA LAFAYETTE)
- One of three players to start all 34 games for the Ragin' Cajuns
- Registered two double-doubles on the season, the first coming in the squad's matchup against Louisiana Christian on Dec. 12, 2022, with 12 points and 11 assists. Earning the second at Arkansas St. on Jan. 19, 2023, where he posted 13 points and 11 assists
- Averaged 9.2 points, 2.9 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game, leading the team in overall assists with 205
- Posted a conference season-high performance at Southern Mississippi on Feb. 9, 2023, tallying 19 points
- Third on the Cajuns' stat sheet in steals, totaling 32 on the campaign
- Recorded a season-high 12 assists along with seven points at Old Dominion on Dec. 31, 2022
- Fired a season-high 23 points in the Sun Belt Conference Championship game against South Alabama on Mar. 6, 2023, to punch the Cajuns' ticket to the NCAA Tournament
- Finished with 11 assists in NCAA Tournament against Tennessee on Mar. 16, 2023
SOPHOMORE (2021-22, AT DODGE CITY CC)
- Led the Conquistadors to the Elite Eight of the NJCAA National Tournament, putting together a season that saw the program finish 30-5, setting a team record for wins
- The program's trip to the national tournament marked its first since 1974, while also winning the Region VI title and KJCCC title for the first time since 1982 and 2007, respectively
- Received NJCAA Second Team All-American honors, the first for a DCCC product since 1984, after averaging 17.1 points, 5.4 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.5 steals per outing
- An extremely efficient scorer, Fulks managed to shoot 55.4% overall and a 41.5% clip from beyond the arc
- Etched his name in the DCCC record books as he finished the season fourth in single-season points with 600 and in field goals made with 219
- During the 2021-22 season, he ranked 11th nationally amongst his JUCO counterparts in free throws made with 145, and in total assists, notching 190
- Tabbed as the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Newcomer of the Year accolades, First-Team All-KJCCC honors, Region VI Tournament MVP, and named to the NJCAA Division I National Tournament All-Tournament team
FRESHMAN (2020-21, AT SOUTH CAROLINA STATE)
- Appeared in 16 games for the Bulldogs
- Tallied 111 points in his inaugural collegiate season, averaging 6.9 points, 3.2 assists and 1.8 rebounds per game
- Notched five double-digit scoring games, firing a season-high 15 points against N.C. Central on Feb. 1, 2021
HIGH SCHOOL
- His senior season, he was top in the state, averaging 35.2 points per game, scoring over 1,000 points that year alone and averaging 42.5 ppg in the postseason
- Tabbed player of the year and led the team in assists, steals and was second in rebounds as North won the Central Carolina Conference and finished 24-6 overall
- Finished as the program’s career leader with 1,857 points
- A duel-sport athlete, he was also a standout star for the football team at North Davidson High School
- He was the squad's top wide receiver with 107 catches as a senior while also playing defensive back, and returned kicks, leading the team to a 13-3 record and the state 2A championship game in his final season
