Davis is in her first year with the UCF football, after joining the program in January 2024 as Assistant AD for Executive Operations and Recruiting. She joins the Knights after spending the past two seasons at Oklahoma as the Sooners' director of on-campus recruiting. Prior to her time in Norman, Davis was the director of recruiting operations at Florida for four years.
Davis earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Alabama.
