A week after officially beginning the fall season, the Knights were back to work on a warm and sunny Florida afternoon. Since beginning team workouts last week, players and coaches have been getting after it everyday except for Saturday. The Knights have four scrimmages under their belts and are hard at work on all the fundamentals when they aren't facing off against each other.

On Monday, each position group was working with its respective coach. Head coach Terry Rooney had his pitchers working on techniques in the bullpen while assistant Kevin Schnall was working on blocking balls behind home plate with the catchers. In the outfield, volunteer assistant Alex Guerra had his unit perfecting the crow hop while assistant Ryan Klosterman's infielders were aiming to turn their double plays in the lowest time possible. To end Monday's session, the squad worked as a whole on run-downs and fielding fly balls.

Make sure to check out all 36 high-quality pictures on Facebook and also get to know assistant coach Kevin Schnall in today's video below.
