Interview Requests are Piling Up

Even before UCF's victory at Akron Aug. 30, interview requests to speak with the Knights started pouring in. Radio stations from all over Florida and Ohio are looking to have head coach George O'Leary on as a guest, the ESPN2 production team has a teleconference set up Wednesday to speak with some of the Knights and several reporters who cover Ohio State have submitted their requests to cover UCF as well.

For Knights fans living in the Miami area, tune in to 640 AM Saturday at 10:30 a.m. as Coach O'Leary will be on the air with Tony Marino and Mike Beradino. If you're nestled in Columbus, Ohio, check out Coach O'Leary on the OSU flagship station, 97.1, Tuesday at 7:45 p.m. More requests have been submitted, so UCF may appear on more radio stations if schedules permit.

Last week media braved the elements and Hurricane Isaac to attend UCF's weekly press conference Aug. 27, and received tons of coverage following its win over the Zips.
