#BuiltByUCF - Knights in the Pros: Nov. 26

ORLANDO –  The UCF football team went on the road this past weekend and earned its eighth win of the season. In the NFL, meanwhile, 11 former Knights suited up for Week 12 action, with six getting starting nods this weekend.

Two of those starters were Latavius Murray and Tre'Quan Smith of the New Orleans Saints, who led their team to victory over the Panthers to add to UCF's success in the Big Easy over the weekend.

Murray and Smith scored the Saints' first two touchdowns of the game in a 34-31 victory for New Orleans. Murray finished with 64 yards on seven carries and a score, while Smith had one touchdown catch for 13 yards in the victory.

Shaquill Griffin, also a starter, led the Seahawks to a 17-9 defeat of the Philadelphia Eagles this weekend, totaling four tackles, one pass break-up and a forced fumble.

His brother Shaquem also saw increased action at linebacker and completely blew up a play that led to a fumble and a recovery by Seattle. Griffin was credited with a hurry on the play, and if not for a penalty, would've been involved in the end of the play as well, picking up the ball after a teammate had dropped a lateral attempt.
