ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) – As the UCF football team was closing out the regular season this past weekend, 13 former Knights saw action in the NFL, including Clayton Geathers, who totaled six tackles and a tackle-for-loss on Sunday.
It marked the first tackle-for-loss on the season for Geathers, who now has three in his four-year career. Helping to lead the Colts to a win over the Dolphins this past weekend, Geathers now has totaled a career-high 63 tackles on the season.
Helping to lead the Seahawks to a 30-27 road victory over the Panthers, Shaquill Griffin recorded three tackles, while Shaquem Griffin added two tackles on special teams. Seattle is now 6-5 on the year and in the hunt for a playoff spot.
