ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) – While the Knights were preparing for Temple during the bye weekend, 11 former Knights saw action in Week 8 of the NFL season, including Jordan Franks, who made his first regular season appearance for the Bengals.
Called up from the practice squad just the week prior, Franks made the most of the one snap of offense he played Sunday, catching a 32-yard pass from Andy Dalton. Franks and the Bengals won 37-34 over the Buccaneers.

For the third straight week, Latavius Murray found the end zone this weekend. The Vikings’ back rushed 13 times for 56 yards with a score, and caught five balls for 39 yards, as Minnesota lost to the Saint, 30-20.

The Griffin twins and the Seahawks improved to 4-3 with a 28-14 win over the Lions on Sunday. Shaquill finished with three tackles and as the time ran out in the fourth quarter, strolled into the end zone for a touchdown that some Knights fans probably think should have counted.
