ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) – As the UCF football team won its seventh straight game of the 2018 season this weekend, 10 former Knights saw action in the sixth week of the NFL season, including Latavius Murray, who rushed for two touchdowns in a win.
Murray, who had a solid day for the second week in a row, rushed 15 times for 69 yards and scored two touchdowns in the Vikings’ 37-17 victory over the Jets on Sunday. He now has 330 rushing yards on 69 carries and three touchdowns in 2018.

Matt Prater, in his 12th season of play in the NFL, went 4-for-4 on field goals this past weekend. He connected from 28, 29, 35 and 50 yards in the Lions’ win over the Dolphins Sunday. He is now 13-of-16 on the season, has made all 16 of his extra point attempts and got a very special shout out on Twitter.

The draft class of 2018 continues to make headlines as TE Jordan Franks was promoted by the Cincinnati Bengals on Tuesday. With his signing, and DL Jamiyus Pittman's last week with the Miami Dolphins, that's now six members of the 2017 National Championship team on 53-man rosters.
