  • UCF extended its nation-leading win streak to 17 games
  • The Knights also extend their home winning streak to 10 games
  • UCF has now scored 30 or more points in 17 straight games, which leads the nation
  • The Knights tied the all-time series against Pitt, 1-1

Offense

  • McKenzie Milton recorded two rushing touchdowns, giving him five on the season
  • With a 64-yard pass and catch to Adrian Killins Jr. before the first touchdown of the game, Milton passed the 7,000 passing yards for his career
  • With Milton’s touchdown to Gabriel Davis in the first quarter, he passed Blake Bortles for fourth all-time at UCF with 57 passing touchdowns
  • It was Davis’s fourth touchdown of the season and the eighth of his career
  • It also passed Bortles for fourth all-time in touchdowns responsible for in a career with 72
  • Milton has now thrown a passing touchdown in 18 straight games, which is third all-time at UCF
  • He threw his second passing TD of the game when he found Michael Colubiale in the end zone, the sixth-year senior’s first score of the season and just the second of his career.
  • Milton found Killins Jr. again in the third for a 71-yard touchdown catch and run, the longest reception of his career
  • With 140 receiving yards, Killins Jr. recorded a new career high
  • Milton’s four passing touchdowns in the game give him 60 for his career
  • With 328 yards through the air, it marked Milton’s 11th career 300-yard passing game, which is the third most in program history
  • With four passing touchdowns and two rushing touchdowns, Milton recorded six total touchdowns for the second straight game

Defense

  • Randy Charlton recorded his first career sack in the first quarter and Nate Evans recorded half a sack, the first of his career
  • Evans finished with a career high 11 tackles
  • Richie Grant recorded his third interception of the season
  • The Knights have had at least one turnover in all four games this season and the last 23 games, dating back to 2016
  • UCF shutout Pittsburgh in the second and third quarters. The Knights have only allowed six third-quarter points all season
  • With five pass break-ups in the game it marked the third time this season that UCF recorded five or more break-ups

Special Teams

  • Matthew Wright’s third extra point of the game gave him 160 for his career, passing Charlie Pierce as the program’s all-time leader in extra points made
  • Wright connected on his second field goal of the season, the 45th of his career and is now 45-of-59, which ranks third all-time at UCF
