ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – After trouncing the Minutewomen 4-0 in the 2016 home opener Thursday, the Knights will host No. 24 South Carolina at the UCF Soccer complex at 7 p.m. Sunday.

The win against UMass marked the 100th career victory for head coach Tiffany Roberts Sahaydak and associate head coach Tim Sahaydak as a duo. The Knights are 28-4-2 at home under Roberts Sahaydak including a 9-2 record last season and a perfect 11-0 run in 2014.

After tough losses on the road to No. 9 North Carolina and then No. 3 Duke, UCF will face another talented opponent in No. 24 South Carolina as it looks to get back to .500.

Saintly Senior's
Cortney O'Connell and Carol Rodrigues each have 2 goals on the year.
Amanda Wilkin has 3 shots with 1 on goal while Carlin Huegli has given the Knights quality minutes as a reserve.

Junior Juggernauts
Hannah DeBose and Carrie Lawrence each have two assists while Saga Fredriksson has one.
• Lawrence, a transfer from South Carolina, will meet her former team for the first time since parting ways following the 2015 season.
Bridget Callahan, Jen Vera, and Kayla Adamek have been the foundation in midfield and defensive zone, combining for 621 minutes through the first three games.

Freshman Fury
• Five freshman have tallied a collective 519 minutes through three games.
• Defender Julia Ekholm has started all three games.
Zandy Soree who put away her first career goal against UMass last week.
