ORLANDO, Fla. - The 2010 signing class has a tremendous Miami-Dade County influence as 10 Miami-Dade residents signed on with the Knights. Many of these signees were named to the All-Dade County team. Five of the Miamians hail from Miami Central High School, state semifinalists in class 6A this year.
UCF also boasts a group of Georgians as five of the newest Knights hail from the Peachtree State. Two South Carolinians are also in the fold.
This group will help the Knights build upon an all ready strong foundation as the team enters 2010 on the heels of an 8-5 campaign and a berth in the St. Petersburg Bowl.
