ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Prior to the Thanksgiving break, the UCF baseball team wrapped up its fall workouts with the annual Knights Challenge. This grueling workout setup by head coach Terry Rooney's staff, along with strength and conditioning assistant coach Ben Fleming's assistants, started at 6:10 a.m. inside Bright House Networks Stadium and finished at home plate at the UCF baseball complex.
