TULSA, Okla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The No. 13 UCF women's soccer team scored a pair of goals late to rally for a 2-1 Conference USA victory over Tulsa Sunday afternoon at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium. Senior Stacie Hubbard (Jacksonville, Fla.) tallied the gamewinner at the 83 minute mark, just nine minutes after junior Nicolette Radovcic (Rockaway, N.J.) tied the match.

With the win, the Knights improved to 6-2-2 overall and 1-1 in conference play.

Hubbard scored the game-winning goal off a free kick from 40 yards out. The goal was her second of the season and came with just seven minutes remaining in the contest. Radovcic scored off a cross from junior Andrea Rodrigues (St. Petersburg, Fla.) that was deflected by Tulsa goalkeeper Kate Bykowski. Radovcic leads the Knights with four goals this season.

Tulsa (6-2-2, 0-1) took a 1-0 advantage when Claire Nicholson scored just a minute into the second half. Both teams battled windy conditions during the match.

"We played well in the first half, but couldn't find the net," UCF head coach Amanda Cromwell said. "After they scored, we changed formations and started pressing more. This is how conference play is. Every game means something. We played with urgency and we weren't going to walk away from that field with anything but a win."

UCF finished with a 10-7 shot advantage. Senior Aline Reis (Campinas, Brazil) recorded three saves in the winning effort.

UCF was playing its second road match of the weekend. On Friday, the Knights opened C-USA play at SMU in Dallas. The squad traveled to Tulsa on Saturday.

The Knights will return to action on Friday, hosting UTEP at 7 p.m. at the UCF Soccer Complex. The team will also host Colorado College Sunday afternoon.
