? The streak dates back to Dec. 30, 2007, when UCF defeated NJIT to open the UCF Holiday Classic

Approaching History
? In his 17th year with the Knights, Kirk Speraw has 271 victories at UCF and needs only four to become the winningest coach in program history

? The 2006-07 Conference USA Coach of the Year, Speraw has led the Knights to the NCAA Tournament on four occasions

New Balance
? Last year, Jermaine Taylor averaged 26.2 points and led the Knights in scoring in 29 of the team's 31 games
? The All-America selection finished the campaign third nationally in scoring and was one of only three UCF players (Isaac Sosa, A.J. Tyler) to pace the squad in points
? With Taylor playing in the NBA with Houston, UCF now features a more balanced offense
? Through 11 games in 2009-10, six Knights have already led the team in points - Tyler (4), Sosa (3), Keith Clanton, Dave Diakite, Marcus Jordan and Taylor Young
? Six UCF players are averaging at least 7.0 points an outing, and the team's leading scorer is Isaac Sosa (12.0)

? A.J. Tyler and Taylor Young lead the way for the Knights, as both juniors have made 24-of-29 (82.8 percent) attempts at the charity stripe

Rated Rookie

? In games at Notre Dame, USF and No. 14 UConn, Jordan averaged 11.0 points and 4.0 rebounds, while shooting 61.9 percent overall and 66.7 percent from behind the arc

Little Big Man
? Despite his diminutive stature, Chicago native A.J. Rompza is UCF's leader on and off the floor
? Rompza was a Conference USA All-Freshman Team pick a year ago after averaging 5.2 assists
? His main job was to get the ball to league player of the year Jermaine Taylor, who averaged 26.2 points

The Fresh Prince
? Considered the best recruit in program history, Keith Clanton has made an immediate impact as a freshman
? The Orlando native entered the UCF starting lineup on Dec. 12 versus Bethune-Cookman and is averaging 8.9 points and 6.4 rebounds
? Clanton finished his senior campaign at Orlando Christian Prep as the 68th-best senior in the country according to Rivals.com

Swat Team
? A year ago, guard Jermaine Taylor led the Knights with 24 blocked shots
? In just 11 games this season, Keith Clanton has already registered 19 swats

Sure Shot Returns
? One of the best shooters on the team, A.J. Tyler surprisingly shot just 39.6 percent overall as he averaged 9.3 points in UCF's first six games of the year

? On the season, he leads the Knights with 6.8 rebounds per game
? The small forward is also averaging 7.0 points in 20.5 minutes
