Reegan McCue enters his first season as the video coordinator with the UCF women’s basketball program in the 2024-25 season.
McCue, former student manager for Auburn men’s basketball team, joined the Knights August 2024.
“We’re excited to welcome Reegan McCue to our women’s program as our new Video Coordinator,” said Messer. “Reegan brings a strong understanding of the game and a keen eye for detail that will be invaluable to our program. Reegan’s expertise will play a crucial role in helping us get ahead in the competitive landscape of the Big 12. We’re looking forward to the impact Reegan will have on our program, and I am thrilled to have him join the UCF family.”
McCue, a recent Auburn graduate, spent the last five years as a student manager for the men’s basketball program. Throughout his time with the Tigers, he worked with multiple NBA players such as Walker Kessler (Utah Jazz), Jabari Smith (Houston Rockets) and Sharife Cooper (Cleveland Cavaliers).
Upon joining the program in 2019, McCue has assisted the team to three NCAA tournament appearances along with winning the SEC regular season championship in 2022 and the SEC tournament title in 2024.
