Outdoor
- Made her outdoor debut in the 100m at the UCF Black and Gold Invite running a sixth-place finish of 11.60 seconds.
- In her outdoor hurdles debut at the UCF Knights Invite, she earned first place in the 100H with an impressive time of 13.09 seconds.
- At the Pepsi Florida Relays, she delivered standout individual and team performances, finishing an impressive second in the 100H with a time of 12.78 seconds and helping secure a strong fourth-place finish in the 4x100m relay. Her sub-12.80 second performance ranks her second in the nation and the world, notably qualifying her for her second U.S. Olympic Trials.
- Made history by winning the 100H at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships with an impressive time of 12.78 seconds, securing the title. She capped off her performance with two fifth-place finishes in the 100m (11.33) and the 4x100m relay (43.78).
- Set not only a personal record in the 100H but also set the program record for running 12.59 seconds at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships. This outstanding time concluded the senior’s collegiate campaign with a bronze medal and her 10th All-American honor.
- Earned her fourth academic honor of the season, joining four other Knights as the Black and Gold were recognized as a USTFCCCA All-Academic team.
- Competed in the 2024 U.S. Olympic trials amongst America’s best athletes. Jones advanced to the semi-finals where her 12.77-second 100H performance would conclude her campaign.
Indoor
- At the 2024 Rod McCravy Memorial Track & Field season opener, she secured a second-place finish overall, with notable performances including a third-place finish in the 60H and a first-place victory in the 200m, clocking in at 23.68 seconds.
- At the Corky Classic, Jones competed in both the 60m and 60H events, achieving a season-best time of 8.01 seconds in the finals of the 60H, where she finished second. This marks her fastest performance since winning bronze at the 2022 NCAA Indoor Championships. In the 60m finals, she secured third place with a time of 7.25 seconds.
- Took the gold in the 60H (8.05) at Crimson Elite 2024.
- Jones celebrated her second consecutive victory with a season-best time of 23.51 seconds in the 200m at the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Meet. She was joined by three other Knights, making it a strong showing with four Knights finishing in the top ten.
- Jones qualified for the finals in both the 60m and 60H at the Big 12 Indoor Track & Field Championships. She excelled in the 60H finals, clocking in at 8.05 seconds to earn a silver medal, marking her third consecutive season in the top two for this event. Additionally, she secured an eighth-place finish in the 60m with a time of 7.39 seconds, contributing nine points to the Knights' overall seventh-place podium finish.
- Earned her 9th-career All-Amercian honor at the 2024 NCAA Indoor Championships.
2023 Outdoor
- Placed first in the 100-meter hurdles at the Knights Invite, Pepsi Florida Relays, UF Tom Jones Memorial
and the American Outdoor Championships - Set a personal best in the 200-meter with a time of 22.64 at the American Outdoor Championships
- Placed first in the 100-meter at the American Outdoor Championships with a time of 10.94
- Qualified for Preliminaries and the NCAA Outdoor Championships
2023 Indoor
- Placed first in the 200-meter and the 60-meter hurdles at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational
- Placed first in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.10 at the American Indoor Championships
- Qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships and had a top 15 for the 60-meter hurdles
2022 Outdoor
- Placed 1st in both 100-meter and 100-meter hurdles at the UCF Knights Invite
- Had three top 5 wins, including a first-place finish in the 100-meter hurdles at the American Outdoor

- Competed in the 100m and 100H at the NCAA East Preliminary Round, advancing to the quarterfinals in both
- Ran her fastest wind-legal 100m to finish second in the opening round and advance to the quarterfinals
- Became the first Knight to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championship in the 100H since Jackie Coward in 2012
- Posted a top five showing in the semifinals of the 100H at the NCAA Outdoor Championship (6/10)
- Turned in the best 100H finish at the NCAA Outdoor Championship as she collected the silver medal (6/12)
- Qualified for the U.S. Olympic Team Trials with her school record mark and advanced to the 100H semifinals where she ran a personal best 12.64 to finish 10th overall
