- Saw time at spots No. 3 through No. 6 in the singles lineup, primarily playing at the No. 4 spot, going 3-3 there.
- Primarily saw time at No. 1 singles, with 12 of her 13 decisions coming there.
- Played exclusively with Rebeka Stolmar in doubles, going 5-8 together, including a 4-8 mark at the top spot in the lineup.
- Went 2-5 against ranked doubles tandems, beating Old Dominon's No. 8 ranked duo and SMU's No. 30 pair.
- Began the season ranked No. 6 in the Oracle/ITA doubles rankings with Stolmar, finished the season unranked.
- Began the season ranked No. 72 in the Oracle/ITA singles rankings, finished the season unranked.
- Didn't finish a singles match in the AAC tournament despite playing in all three matches.

SOPHOMORE (2019-20)*
- Named ITA Doubles All-American along with Rebeka Stolmar. Mattel and Stolmar go down as UCF's first All-Americans in program history.
- Compiled an overall record of 18-11 in singles and 19-5 in doubles throughout the entire campaign.
- Went 7-5 in singles and 6-3 in doubles during the dual match season.
- Compiled two different three match winning streaks in singles throughout the dual match season.
- Won five straight doubles decisions with two different partners during the dual match season, grabbing at least one win at all three doubles positions.
- Went 1-1 against ranked doubles tandems in the spring.
- Mattel and Stolmar picked up a tournament title, winning the ITA Southeast Regional Doubles Championship. The two also made it all the way from qualifiers to the semifinals of the ITA All-American Championships, punching their ticket to nationals. The tandem made it all the way to the quartefinals on one of the toughest stages in college tennis.
- Mattel and Stolmar have combined for 30 victories as a pair throughout their career, which makes them the winningest pair in program history.
- The duo won their first four matches together in the tournament season, which extended their winning streak to 13 counting their nine straight wins to end the 2019 dual match season.
- Won an additional nine straight midway through the fall season.
- Climbed as high as No. 54 in the Oracle/ITA singles rankings. Finished the season at No. 66.
- Climbed as high as No. 3 in the Oracle/ITA doubles rankings with partner Stolmar, making them the highest ranked doubles tandem in program history. The pair finished the season at No. 10 in the doubles rankings.
FRESHMAN (2018-19)
- Named the American Athletic Conference Freshman of the Year
- Posted a 15-6 record in singles, with a 12-4 record at the No. 4 lineup spot, her primary position throughout the season. She had a 3-2 record at the No. 3 spot.
- Won her first 8 singles matches, earning her a ranking of No. 119 in the Oracle/ITA singles rankings on Feb. 20.
- Defeated one ranked opponent, topping No. 102 Marina Guinart of No. 12 Oklahoma State 6-3, 6-3.
- Posted a 22-4 record in doubles and won 15 straight matches to finish the season. She played with four different partners.
- Went 14-1 with partner Rebeka Stolmar. The two won their final nine matches together and went 13-1 at the No. 2 doubles spot.
- Picked up one ranked win in doubles, pairing with Stolmar to beat No. 6 pepperdine's No. 83 Lahey/Kuczer 7-5 to clinch doubles in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament.
- Went 2-0 in singles in the AAC tournament, picking up wins at No. 4 singles against Memphis and Tulsa (quarter and semifinals)
- Went 2-0 in doubles in the AAC tournament with Stolmar, picking up wins at No. 2 doubles againt Memphis and Tulsa. The pair went down 2-5 against Tulsa in the semifinals but came back to win 7-5 and clinch the doubles point for UCF.
- Went 1-1 in singles in the NCAA Tournament, winning against No. 11 FSU's Petra Hule 6-2, 6-4 at the No. 4 spot in the lineup.
- Went 3-0 in doubles in the NCAA Tournament with Stolmar, winning at the No. 2 doubles poisition against no. 37 Alabama, No. 11 FSU and No. 6 Pepperdine.
- Finished the season ranked No. 78 in the Oracle/ITA doubles rankings with partner Stolmar.
- Climbed as high as No. 119 in the Oracle/ITA singles rankings.
- Did not compete in the tournament season.
