Doyon joined the Knights in the spring of 2017. He serves as the defensive coordinator and oversees practice design.
Last season, Doyon helped guide UCF to its fourth consecutive American Athletic Conference Championship after posting a 27-1 overall record and a program high 19-1 conference record. The Knights also advanced to the second round of the tournament for the second time in the past three seasons.
In 2020-21, Doyon helped lead the Knights to their third straight American Athletic Conference title. UCF finished the season 16-2 overall and undefeated against AAC opponents for just the second time in program history to be crowned the AAC East Division champions. The Knights went 2-0 in the AAC Championship Tournament and took down Temple, 3-1, in the championship game to defend their title.
In 2019, Doyon lead the Black and Gold to a No. 2 ranking nationally for team blocks and No. 40 for team digs. Three Knights were ranked among the top 30 players in blocks per set. Middle blocker Nerissa Moravec was ranked at No. 27 and outside hitters Anne-Marie Watson and Lache Harper were ranked at No. 29 and No. 30, respectively.

Doyon served a co-head coach for USA Volleyball's Collegiate National Team-Indianapolis, working alongside Dagenais. The Syracuse, N.Y. native is also the head coach of the USA Volleyball Youth A-1 National Development team. Dagenais was also a co-head coach for USA Volleyball's CNT-Indianapolis. All of the CNT programs are part of the USA Volleyball High Performance pipeline and are considered second tryouts for the U.S. Women's National Team.
Prior to his post with USA Volleyball, Doyon served as head coach at the University of Montana for two seasons. He also spent six years as an assistant coach at the University of Utah.
At Utah, Doyon helped the Utes to two second round NCAA appearances, and was heavily involved with three recruiting classes which earned Highest Honorable Mention from prepvolleyball.com. Doyon has also worked as the assistant director for Terry Pettit's Summit on Extraordinary Coaching, which mentors collegiate coaches.
