Kendra Howell Season 2007

2007... Posted a toss of 143-10.75 to take second in the hammer throw at the UCF Invitational....was third in the event with a mark of 149-4 at the USF Invitational...finished fifth in the hammer with a toss of 140-11 at the Disney Invitational...took third in the event at the FSU Relays with an effort of 144-9.75...broke the 144-foot mark for fifth place at the Miami Elite Invitational...claimed fourth place with a mark of 153-0 at the Golden Knight Twilight...posted a hammer throw of 141-5 at the C-USA Outdoor Championship.
2006...Opened the outdoor season with a throw of 130-3 for sixth place at the UCF Invitational...placed third with a mark of 131-4 at the Disney Relays...measured a toss of 130-1 at the Disney Invitational...took third with a mark of 125-4 at the Golden Knight Twilight.
2005... Set a UCF freshman record with a mark of 150-1.25 in the hammer throw at the Clermont Winter Series Meet... took fourth in the hammer throw (145-2) at the UCF Invitational...finished third in the hammer at the Disney Relays...earned a mark of 143-8 to place fifth in the gold hammer throw at the FSU Relays...was fifth in the hammer (140-10) at the Golden Knight Twilight.
Prior to UCF... Graduated from LaSalle Academy in 2003...earned all-division, all-conference and all-state honors in throws...named most improved...also played ice hockey, soccer and volleyball...attended East Carolina, but did not compete for the Pirates.
Personal... Born in Providence, R.I....daughter of Kenneth and Catherine Howell...major is elementary education.
