Set a personal best 400 meters time of 51.17 seconds at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships on 5/15, where she placed second.
Set a personal best 200 meters time of 22.81 seconds at the UCF Knights Invite on 3/28, where she placed second.
Secured a first place finish in the 400 meters with a time of 52.89 seconds, at the UCF Knights Invite on 3/28.
Tallied seven top-3 finishes and fourteen top-10 finishes this season.

Indoor

Competed in six meets this season, including the Big 12 Championships and NCAA Championships.
Set a personal best 60 meters time of 7.43 seconds at the Rod McCravy Memorial on 1/10, where she placed 7th.
Set a personal best 300 meters time of 37.66 seconds at the Rod McCravy Memorial on 1/10, where she placed 5th.
Tallied four top-3 finishes and eleven top-10 finishes this season.

JUNIOR (2024-25)

Outdoor:

Turned in two new personal bests at the South Florida Invitational, with a time of 11.42 seconds in the 100m sprints and 23.17 seconds in the 200m, taking third and fourth in the respective events (4/11)
Yet again was a part of a strong 4x400 relay team, who snagged another gold at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 3:33.62 (5/15)
Also earned a top-ten spot in the 200m dash at Big 12s with a final time of 23.35 seconds
Was a key piece in the Knights' 4x100 relay team, which dominated both regular and postseason meets, placing third in the Big 12 Championship (5/15) and 10th in the first round of NCAAs (5/28). The top-notch performance punched the group's ticket to the Outdoor National Championships, where they placed 21st in the event's preliminary round with a time of 44.19 seconds (6/11)
Tabbed a second team Outdoor All-American in the 4x400m relay

Indoor:

Had a stellar season-opening meet at the Rod McCravy Memorial, clocking in at 39.91 seconds in the 300m, a new personal best (1/10)
Placed fourth in the 400m dash at the Tyson Invitational with a time of 54.49 seconds (2/14)
Impressed at the Big 12 Championships where she recorded new PRs in both the 60m sprints (7.46s) and 400m dash (53.27s), placing 22nd and 10th respectively (2/28)
Was a key runner in the Knights 4x400 team who consistently earned a podium place - Rod McCravy (3rd, 3:37.51), Orange & Purple Inv. (2nd, 3:34.29), Stan Scott Inv. (1st, 3:33.81), Tyson Inv. (3rd, 3:29.93) all culminating in a gold medal at the Big 12 Championship with a time of 3:32.95 (2/28)
Newman, alongside the 4x400 squad aforementioned, qualified for the first round of NCAAs where they placed ninth with a time of 3:31.32 (3/14)
Tabbed a second-team Indoor All-American in the 4x400m relay
