SOPHOMORE (2026)
- Appeared in each of UCF's 61 games, making 60 starts at third base.
- Set single-season career bests in average (.288), on-base percentage (.374), slugging percentage (.356), runs scored (38), total hits (51), triples (2), total bases (63), walks (23), RBI (17) and stolen bases (4), and matched her previous season highs in doubles (5) and home runs (1).
- Hit safely in five of UCF's six first-weekend contests, slashing .400/.571/.400 (6-for-15) with 12 runs scored Feb. 5-8.
- Hit safely in each of the Knights' last four contests in the Clearwater Invitational against then-No. 17 Georgia, then-No. 10 LSU, then-No. 8 Nebraska and NC State; produced multi-hit showings against NC State and LSU, including a 2-for-3 outing with a double and two runs scored against the Tigers and a pair of RBI singles against the Wolfpack; represented UCF's leading hitter over the weekend overall with an aggregate .462/.500/.538 line.
- Recorded her first three-hit game of the season against Ohio Feb. 20, going 3-for-4 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored.
- Produced two multi-hit games in UCF's series win over then-No. 12 Oklahoma State in Stillwater March 6-8, first going 2-for-3 with a run scored in the Knights' 4-1 series-opening win; went 3-for-4 with an RBI double in the Knights' 6-4 series-clinching win in game three.
- Went 1-for-3 with a run scored against then-No. 3 Texas Tech March 20.
- Hit her second career home run and first career grand slam against the Houston Cougars March 28, helping bolster Isabella Vega's first career perfect game in an 11-0 win.
- Produced back-to-back two-hit showings in the final two games against Utah April 3-4, adding three runs scored, one double and one walk.
- Hit safely in all three games against Iowa State May 1-3, slashing .500/.500/.667 (6-for-12) with one triple, three runs scored, three RBI and eight total bases in the series.
- After representing UCF's leading hitter throughout the 2025 NCAA Austin Regional, recorded her third career NCAA Tournament three-hit game in UCF's 2026 postseason opener against Jacksonville State May May 15, highlighted by a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the eighth inning to clinch the Knights' 2-1 come-from-behind win.
- Went 1-for-3 in UCF's first of two games against No. 9 overall seed Florida State in the NCAA Tallahassee Regional Final May 17.
FRESHMAN (2025)
- Named to D1Softball's Preseason D100 Freshman Watch List and Softball America's Preseason Freshman Watch List.
- Appeared in 57 total games, including 39 starts primarily at second base, hitting .241/.277/.313 (27-for-112) with 14 runs scored, five doubles, one home run, 35 total bases, six walks, 11 RBI and three stolen bases.
- Recorded her first career hit in UCF's 3-2 win over James Madison, a fifth-inning RBI single.
- Went 1-for-3 with a single and a run scored in the largest comeback win against a ranked opponent in program history (five runs) against then-No. 15 Missouri Feb. 11.
- Earned hits in UCF's Clearwater Invitational matchups against then-No. 5 Texas A&M Feb. 14 and Clemson Feb. 15; came through with a key eighth-inning RBI double in the Knights' 6-4 win over the Tigers, marking her first career double.
- Represented UCF's leading hitter throughout the final 14 games of the season, going 16-for-34 (.471) with seven runs scored, two doubles, one home run, eight RBI and 21 total bases in that span; from April 19–May 18, went hitless only three times in said 14 games.
- In UCF's series sweep at Kansas May 2-4, hit safely in all three games, including two doubles and two RBI; hit a key fourth-inning game-tying two-run double in the teams' series finale May 4 as part of a 2-for-3 showing.
- Hit safely in all four games throughout the NCAA Austin Regional, highlighted by a pair of three-hit games against then-No. 25 Michigan; represented UCF's leading hitter in the Austin Regional, slashing .667/.692/.917 (8-for-12) with three runs scored, one home run, four RBI, 11 total bases and one walk.
- Hit her first career home run against Eastern Illinois May 17, helping UCF to a 10-2 run-rule win.
- Went 1-for-3 against then-No. 3 Texas in the Regional Final.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Four-year varsity captain at Riverside Poly High School, where she earned First Team All-League selections in three straight seasons from 2021-23 and two Golden Glove awards in 2021 and 2023.
- With the Corona Angels, Jaimes and her team earned a top-eight finish at the Alliance National Championship in 2023, and also earned three consecutive Ivy League Championships from 2021-23 with Riverside Poly.
“I chose UCF because I fell in love with the school when I visited,” Jaimes said. “From meeting the amazing coaching staff to the team, I loved the culture immediately and knew that it was something that I wanted to be a part of. I love the campus and the city of Orlando because it’s so much like California, so I thought that it would be the perfect home away from home for me.”
