FRESHMAN (2025)
- Named to D1Softball's Preseason D100 Freshman Watch List and Softball America's Preseason Freshman Watch List.
- Appeared in 57 total games, including 39 starts primarily at second base, hitting .241/.277/.313 (27-for-112) with 14 runs scored, five doubles, one home run, 35 total bases, six walks, 11 RBI and three stolen bases.
- Recorded her first career hit in UCF's 3-2 win over James Madison, a fifth-inning RBI single.
- Went 1-for-3 with a single and a run scored in the largest comeback win against a ranked opponent in program history (five runs) against then-No. 15 Missouri Feb. 11.
- Earned hits in UCF's Clearwater Invitational matchups against then-No. 5 Texas A&M Feb. 14 and Clemson Feb. 15; came through with a key eighth-inning RBI double in the Knights' 6-4 win over the Tigers, marking her first career double.
- Represented UCF's leading hitter throughout the final 14 games of the season, going 16-for-34 (.471) with seven runs scored, two doubles, one home run, eight RBI and 21 total bases in that span; from April 19–May 18, went hitless only three times in said 14 games.
- In UCF's series sweep at Kansas May 2-4, hit safely in all three games, including two doubles and two RBI; hit a key fourth-inning game-tying two-run double in the teams' series finale May 4 as part of a 2-for-3 showing.
- Hit safely in all four games throughout the NCAA Austin Regional, highlighted by a pair of three-hit games against then-No. 25 Michigan; represented UCF's leading hitter in the Austin Regional, slashing .667/.692/.917 (8-for-12) with three runs scored, one home run, four RBI, 11 total bases and one walk.
- Hit her first career home run against Eastern Illinois May 17, helping UCF to a 10-2 run-rule win.
- Went 1-for-3 against then-No. 3 Texas in the Regional Final.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Four-year varsity captain at Riverside Poly High School, where she earned First Team All-League selections in three straight seasons from 2021-23 and two Golden Glove awards in 2021 and 2023.
- With the Corona Angels, Jaimes and her team earned a top-eight finish at the Alliance National Championship in 2023, and also earned three consecutive Ivy League Championships from 2021-23 with Riverside Poly.
“I chose UCF because I fell in love with the school when I visited,” Jaimes said. “From meeting the amazing coaching staff to the team, I loved the culture immediately and knew that it was something that I wanted to be a part of. I love the campus and the city of Orlando because it’s so much like California, so I thought that it would be the perfect home away from home for me.”
