Eddie Wilding joined the UCF Men’s Soccer coaching staff in August of 2018. Wilding comes to UCF after two seasons at Nova Southeastern.
At NSU, Wliding served primarily as the team's mental performance coach. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Psychology as a student-athlete at Georgia State University and earned his Master's in Sport, Performance and Exercise Psychology from Barry University.
Originally from Felixstowe, Suffolk, England, Wilding played for professional team Ipswich Town's youth academy from ages 8-16 before completing his youth apprenticeship with the Doncaster Rovers. While at Georgia State, he started in all 71 matches in which he appeared, earning All-Sun Belt First Team and All-District 4 Academic Team honors in 2015.
Wilding owns a FA level 2 coaching certification along with certifications in Pro-Zone Analysis and USSF Grassroots.
