After a stellar playing career for the Knights, Cameron Cooksey joined the UCF staff in 2012. He spent the 2012 campaign as the Knights[apos] director of operations before being promoted to the volunteer assistant coach.

2009 (Sophomore): Played in 15 games, including six starts. Recorded eight shots with two of them on target...Registered four assists, including one from a long throw-in against UNF on Sept. 4, 2009.
2008 (Freshman): Played in 10 games as a freshman with the Knights, including making nine starts...Tallied an assist on the game-winning goal in a 1-0 victory at Old Dominion on Sept. 14...Recorded 16 shots on the season, with eight of them on goal.
