ORLANDO – Following a dominant weekend of doubles play, UCF’s Lauren Seye and Olivia Bergler checked in at No. 54 in the first Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) doubles rankings of 2026.

The duo, which posted an impressive 5-3 record during fall competition, has carried that momentum into the dual-match season. Most recently highlighted by a sweep of Florida State’s M.B. Deatherage and Cade Cricchio on court three in last Friday’s match, swifly defeating the pair 6-0.
Bergler and Seye have consistently delivered decisive victories, remaining undefeated in the early season, as the pair also defeated Marshall’s Thalia Smith and Nour El Ouazzani 6-1 in the second round of ITA Kickoff Weekend on Jan. 25, clinching the doubles point for the Black and Gold.
With no updated team rankings this week, the squad remains at No. 25 following its 4-1 victory over Florida State. You can view the full doubles and singles rankings here.
LOOKING AHEAD
The duo, along with the rest of the squad, will take this weekend off, returning to action next Friday, Feb. 13, in Miami, where they will face FIU at 1 PM, before traveling up to Coral Gables to take on Miami at 1 PM on Sunday, Feb. 15.
